A new article by Jason Prno was released in the November issue of Up Here Business magazine. The article is entitled ‘Hearing the Elders’ and describes the use and history of traditional knowledge studies for mining projects in the Canadian North.

Trailhead Consulting’s Jason Prno was invited to speak to attendees of the 2009 Sudbury Restoration Workshop on October 29, 2009 in Sudbury, Ontario.

His presentation focused on the results of the recently released research report ‘Climate Change and Canadian Mining: Opportunities for Adaptation’. The impacts of climate change on the Canadian mining sector were discussed, as were potential adaptation strategies the sector could employ.
